Mone Prane Bangali sells original print-on-demand apparel and related merchandise. By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Products

Our products are manufactured after an order is placed. Product images are intended for illustration purposes. Minor variations in print placement, color, or appearance may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing processes.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order is confirmed only after successful payment or successful verification of Cash on Delivery orders, where applicable.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders in cases of fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

5. Cancellation

As every product is custom printed after an order is placed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.

6. Returns & Replacement

Due to the custom nature of our products:

We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection or change of mind.
We do not provide size exchanges.
Replacement requests are accepted only if:
- The product is defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.

All claims are verified through email or phone before approval.

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Shipping

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only.

Unexpected delays due to weather, courier operations, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, graphics, logos, text, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of Mone Prane Bangali and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mone Prane Bangali shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.

10. Governing Law

The laws of India shall govern these Terms.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
